An Entirely Synthetic Fish

I am thoroughly enjoying my latest amazon dot com purchase An Entirely Synthetic Fish. I started it two days ago and haven’t been able to put it down. I’m on par to finish it tonight. This book is fascinating. It is very factual yet highly entertaining. The first few chapters talk about the significance the McCloud River played in the early development of rainbow trout hatcheries. These stories go all the way back to the Civil War! Tom Chandler of the more famous TU whose posts are featured on the right hand side of our blog has this to say regarding plans to further decimate a historic river already flooded and destroyed by dams. The book is a great read and will give you a deeper understanding of where our current system of put and take fisheries management comes from.

Looking forward to tomorrows balmy weather
